The program will help student get knowledge and skills about geographic information system, natural resources and environment management, water and land use sustainable planning; ability to build, manage, implement projects on natural resource and environment preservation and management. Together with adequate facility provision, Faculty of GIS is supported to equip modern devices by Ministry of Education to deploy GIS in sectors in Nong Lam University.
 The training program of geographic information system is in the sectoral, employment after graduation is very diverse. In addition to serving in the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Rural Development and Agriculture, Department of Forestry, National Park, Natural Conservation, the biosphere reserve. . . Students can also work in research institutes, companies, business of science and technology. Annually, Faculty of GIS will have 60 enrollment norm for A and D1 blocks.
